David is Alphia’s Chief Executive Officer and President, bringing more than 14 years of executive pet food experience and three decades of consulting, executive and officer experience to the table. He joined CJ Foods in 2019 after filling the roles of CEO of Perfection Pet Foods and SVP, CIO & CPO at Big Heart Brands.
Dirk is the Chief Operating Officer leading our operating and quality teams across all facilities in the Alphia family. He joined Alphia in 2022 coming from Wells Enterprises and bringing with him his food industry background, business experience and continuous improvement perspective. His previous roles include Foremost Farms, Hillshire Brands and Sara Lee Corporation.
Heather is the Chief Commercial Officer managing Sales and Marketing at Alphia. She joined CJ Foods in 2016 after leading Natural Balance through the Del Monte and Smucker’s acquisitions as General Manager. She previously served as president of NULO Pet Foods and has more than 20 years of experience in the pet food ingredients industry.
Stu is the Chief Financial Officer leading our finance teams in the organization. He joined Alphia in 2022 coming from Valley Proteins, Inc. Stu brings over 20 years of extensive financial leadership background and strong knowledge of the animal proteins and fats industry. His previous experience includes treasury, financial planning & analysis, and M&A roles with two public companies.
Cindy is the Chief Procurement Officer leading the procurement teams for Alphia and LANI, where she focuses on our supply chain strategy for delivering better and more comprehensive solutions for our customers. She has more than 20 years in her field, previously filling roles at Chewy, The J.M. Smucker Company, Big Heart Pet, Del Monte and Heinz.
Keith serves as the Chief Human Resource Officer leading our human resources organization. He joined Alphia in 2022 coming from ModusLink Corporation. He brings over 20 years of corporate officer and executive HR experience in the consumer products and services industries with Newell Brands, Jarden Corporation, Pure Fishing and TTEC.
