SHIFT WORK/ DIFFERENTIAL
Production employees work a rotational 12-hour shift up to 15 days/month. Employees earn a minimum 8 hours OT per pay period. Employees are paid shift differential for night work.

Life, accidental death, and dismemberment insurance paid to eligible employees.
Time spent away from work is valued and beneficial to overall work performance. Therefore, Alphia is committed to allowing employees the opportunity to spend holidays with family, and currently observes eight holidays during the calendar year.

PAID TIME OFF
Paid Time Off (PTO) is earned based on an employee’s number of completed years of service.
Annual performance reviews are conducted giving employee’s an opportunity to earn a monetary award at the time of the review.
Employees are eligible to receive a referral bonus when recruiting friends and family for employment opportunities.

Accident and Critical Illness benefits available at group rates for employees. Rates are factored based on the age and amount of coverage.
Bonuses are paid based on Company performance for employees who meet the qualification for a distribution.
