Miguel Nistal

CEO & President

Miguel is Alphia’s Chief Executive Officer, bringing more than 25 years of experience leading consumer and industrial businesses, with a strong track record of driving operational excellence and building high-performing teams. As a current Alphia Board member, he knows our business well and shares our deep commitment to pet food safety, innovation, and partnership. Earlier in his career, Miguel served as CEO of Woodstream Corporation, Swan Products, and Keys Fitness, and spent nearly 11 years at Stanley Black & Decker, most recently as President of the Hardware Division.

John Bear

COO

John is the Chief Operating Officer leading Alphia’s operations teams across our network. He has over 33 years of experience working in the pet care industry. Before coming to Alphia, he worked at Nestlé Purina as Chief Technical Officer, and previously held the roles of VP and Director of Manufacturing – North America; and VP of Quality Assurance, overseeing North and South America.

Jaime Garcia

CFO

Jaime Garcia is a senior enterprise leader with more than 23 years of experience in the global consumer packaged goods industry across finance, procurement, and supply chain strategy. He has deep experience delivering strong financial performance through disciplined execution, driving growth, margin expansion, and cash flow improvement. Jaime spent 18 years at Keurig Dr Pepper and Dr Pepper Snapple Group in senior leadership roles, including Divisional CFO and global procurement leadership, where he helped generate significant cash flow gains and build high-performing organizations. His leadership emphasizes people-centered execution.

Wade Nilson

CCO

Wade is the Chief Commercial Officer leading Sales, Commercialization, and Marketing at Alphia. Wade’s diverse career includes key positions such as General Manager of Operations Logistics of our Veracity business and Vice President of Sales at Alphia. With more than 17 years of experience, he has held roles previously with Solid Gold Pet and Natural Balance Pet Foods.

Jack Reid

CPO

Jack serves as the Chief People Officer and plays a critical role in fostering a positive workplace culture and shaping the Alphia team. With over 25 years of experience, he has a proven track record of driving organizational success. Previously, he served as CHRO at Spectrum Plastics and VP of Human Resources at Pexco. In both roles, he played a pivotal role in fostering a workplace of inclusivity.
